Masters Program Registration Fees

Spring 2026

Spring session dates: Monday, March 30 to Friday, June 12, 2026. Holidays/No practices—Monday, April 6, Monday, May 18.

The Spring 2026 Masters Program will be coached by David Higgins.

What's included with registration (Masters Program Spring 2026):

• Shared training equipment (kick boards, pull buoys, fins, and swim paddles, etc.)

• Meadow Park Sports Centre entry fees for all training sessions

What you need to bring to every practice:

• Appropriate training swimsuit

• Towel

• Swim cap

• Goggles

• Water bottle

• Showering items for after practice

• A bag for you personal items kept on deck

 Cancellation / Refund Policy

First-time registrants of the Whistler Sea Wolves Swim Club may terminate their membership prior to or within the first week of any new session provided the request is made via email to the Board’s attention at info@whistlerseawolves.com. Refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rata basis and will have an administration fee of $50.00 deducted. Swim BC fees once paid are not refundable.

No other refunds are available to either first-time or returning club members after the first week of a new session unless it is due to: a) illness or injury; in which case a partial refund may be granted at the Board's discretion; based upon presentation of a medical letter by a physician explaining the reason for termination--and the letter is presented to the Board at the time of the illness or injury, or b) if the Athlete and his/her Family relocates out of the Sea-to-Sky area, and the Board is notified prior to the relocation. Please note that these refunds are only available within the first half of each season--and will be completed with a pro-rata refund, excluding Swim BC fees and an administration fee of $50.00. In both these instances, the Board must be notified via email at info@whistlerseawolves.com.
