Youth Registration & Fees

N.B. The practice schedule is changing. We understand how difficult it can be to manage family schedules and the club tries not to change the practice schedule mid-season (September to June) but occasionally it is unavoidable and unfortunately this is one of those times.

Spring Session Dates: Tuesday, April 2, to Friday, June 21, 2024

*Family Discount: For families registering more than one swimmer, you can take advantage of our 10% family discount if you register your swimmers at the same time. Discounts apply to the second and third registrants only. In order to receive the discount, you MUST register your swimmers at the same time and click on "Add Registration" after the first registration has been completed and before you check out and pay. Unfortunately we cannot apply discounts to Masters Registrations.

• Meadow Park Sports Centre entry fees for all training sessions

What you need to bring to every practice:

• Appropriate training swimsuit

  WSWC Logo Swim Suits can be ordered at the time of registration or by contacting Lynda at info@whistlerseawolves.com. Please email info@whistlerseawolves.com if you would like information about sizing and availability.

• Equipment kit (varies based on level)

  You can order an equipment kit at the time of registration or by contacting Lynda at info@whistlerseawolves.com. If you prefer, you can buy your own equipment using this list as a reference.

• Towel

• Swim cap

• Goggles

• Water bottle

• Showering items for after practice

• A bag for you personal items kept on deck

 Cancellation / refund policy

Termination of Whistler Sea Wolves Swim Club membership in writing prior to or within the first week of a new session for any first-time club member will be completed with a pro-rata refund, excluding Swim BC fees and an administration fee of $50.00.

No other refunds are available to either first-time or returning club members after the first week of a new session unless it is due to:

1. illness or injury, in which case a partial refund may be granted at the Board's discretion, upon presentation of a medical letter by a physician explaining the reason for termination, or

2. if the Athlete and his/her Family relocates out of the Sea-to-Sky area.

Both of these refunds are only available within the first half of each season and will be completed with a pro-rata refund, excluding Swim BC fees and an administration fee of $50.00.

The Swim BC fee needs to be paid only once per swimming season (September to June) and it varies based on the age and competitive status of your swimmer. This fee is mandatory for all swimmers. It covers your Swimming Canada registration and insurance for your athlete as well as our club and coaches.

Non-competitive swimmers

Are allowed to attend Pass Meets and one sanctioned meet per season. Swimmers who attend more than one sanctioned meet per season must pay an additional fee to upgrade to Competitive status if Competitive status is not initially selected.  If you are not sure how many meets your swimmer is going to enter, select this option. You can always upgrade later.

Competitive swimmers

Are allowed to attend an unlimited number of sanctioned meets per season.

*Age is based on swimmer’s age as of December 31 of the year of the Fall session (i.e. December 31, 2023 for the 2023-2024 swim season) and not the date of registration with Whistler Sea Wolves Swim Club.
