AGM & Sea Wolves Pass Meet
AGM
The Whistler Sea Wolves Swim Club is a registered nonprofit organization under BC’s Societies Act. As such, we hold an AGM every calendar year.
The Club presents its financial statements and members who are present must vote on whether or not to approve the financial statements. This is also when we conduct elections for the Board of Directors.
Date: Saturday, October 21, 2023
Time: 1:30-2:00 pm
Location: Meadow Park Sports Centre fitness studio (enter MPSC from the side doors directly onto the pool deck.)
Note: This year we will hold the AGM immediately before the pass meet. All parents are asked to attend.
Pass Meet
Our annual Pass Meet is a great opportunity for newer swimmers to get a taste of competition and record their first times and a chance for our more experienced swimmers to try to set new PRs. No pressure—just a lot of fun! All swimmers are encouraged to attend.
Swim meets need lots of parent volunteers in order for things to run smoothly. This is a great chance for you to get involved and learn the ropes.
Date: Saturday, October 21, 2023
Time: 1:30-6:30 pm
Swimmers should arrive at 1:15 pm.
Warm up from 1:30-2 pm.
Competition from 2:15-6:30 pm.
Location: Meadow Park Sports Centre. The entire pool area is closed off to the public during this event.
Sign-up Deadline: Noon on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 (If you do not sign up in advance, you will not be able to swim.)
