Visiting Swimmers
The Whistler Sea Wolves Swim Club welcomes visiting Gold- or Platinum-level swimmers who are visiting Whistler for at least one week during any one of our three training sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring), subject to prior notice and approval by the Head Coach. Due to lane space limits, and coaching and insurance considerations, the Club cannot offer one-time drop-ins, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate visiting swimmers.
Visiting swimmers should submit the form below to our Administrator (who will coordinate with the Head Coach) at least one week prior to their visit. Fees must be received at least three days prior to the first pool session as we require sufficient time in order to process the paperwork so that swimmers are fully registered with Swim BC and thus covered by our insurance.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate visitors in our Masters Program.
Weekly Fees (CAD)
*Minimum of one week and fees will not be prorated for subsequent partial weeks. Fees are to be paid via etransfer or PayPal (credit card).
In addition, visitors must pay an additional one-time per season (September-June) non-competitive Swim BC fee (if not already registered with Swimming Canada through another Canadian Team.)
Training equipment will be provided but swimmers must bring their own appropriate training swimsuits, towels, goggles, water bottle and swim caps to each practice. Visiting swimmers may purchase a WSWSC logo cap for $12 (Royal Blue or White).
Contact our Administrator at info@whistlerseawolves.com for more information.
Past Visitors
Cameron visited Whistler and trained with the Sea Wolves while he was here. This is what his dad wrote.
Hi Brandi,
Cameron won his school swim championship yesterday. One very happy boy.
Thank you for welcoming him into your training session. He won by just 2 points, including swimming his main rivals down in the last leg of the 200m IM, so the continuity in his training with you whilst we were on holiday would have been instrumental.
Thanks again.
Best regards,
Peter Ingle
