Volunteer Opportunities
Criminal Record Check
Occasionally volunteers are required to submit a Criminal Record Check. In order for the RCMP fee for Criminal Record Checks to be waived, applicants will require a letter from the Club. Contact our Administrator at info@whistlerseawolves.com for more information.
We welcome all offers to volunteer but please be aware that we may have more volunteers than we need for a particular event.
Board of Directors
Our Club relies on our Board of Directors to keep things going in the right direction. The Board generally meets once a month with additional event-specific meetings organized as necessary.
Events
We need many volunteers at our events! These include swim meets, time trials, social events and other occasions.
We need greeters, timers, lap counters, food servers, and more. Coaches will generally send out an email 2-3 weeks before an event with a link for swimmers to RSVP and parents to volunteer. Check our Calendar for more information.
