Langley Olympians Swim Meet
Note about meet fees
Please note that once an athlete commits to a meet, the meet fees become due and payable to the club and can not be reversed and/or refunded unless:
The swimmer cancels prior to the meet entry deadline, or
If the meet is cancelled by the organizers or our participation in the meet is cancelled due to lack of interest, or
If there is a medical issue, and the athlete meets the hosting club's specific rules for a refund.

(Warm-up: 6:30-7:45 am, Heats: 8:00 am-12:30 pm, Finals: 4:00-6:30 pm. See meet package below for more details.)

Meet Fees: $12 per individual event ($15 for 800 Free and 1500 Free), plus a $5 Swim BC fee per swimmer, plus a WSWSC Competition Fee of $25-$65 per swimmer per day (the more swimmers that attend, the lower the competition fee). Swimmers are permitted to swim in a maximum of 3 events per day.

There’s lots of information about swim meets on our website. Be sure to read Meet Expectations.
N.B. As a general rule, we need at least five swimmers to sign up for a meet in order for the club to attend, however this does not always apply to Championship meets (Divisionals, Provincials, etc.)
