Note about meet fees

Please note that once an athlete commits to a meet, the meet fees become due and payable to the club and can not be reversed and/or refunded unless:

  1. The swimmer cancels prior to the meet entry deadline, or

  2. If the meet is cancelled by the organizers or our participation in the meet is cancelled due to lack of interest, or

  3. If there is a medical issue, and the athlete meets the hosting club's specific rules for a refund.

Date: Friday, June 7 to Sunday, June 9, 2024

Eligibility: All swimmers

Other Info:

After you RSVP and let Brandi know what days you are planning to attend the meet, she will talk to your swimmer(s) and figure out which events to enter them into.

The meet is starting on Friday, June 2 (we don't know the start time, but probably about 7:00 am warm-ups) and ending on Sunday, June 4.

The morning heats normally finish around noon or early afternoon, and the kids are done for the day unless they make finals or are in relays.

In the past, all the swimmers who were staying at the TRU Residence & Conference Centre would meet in the lobby and we would walk to the pool as a team. The kids would hang out on deck and swim their respective races, and then go with their families for the afternoons. Usually, there would be a team lunch/dinner on the Saturday between heats and finals. Friday and Saturday evenings there are usually relays in the finals session, but once those are done, the swimmers are once again free to go with their families.
