Meet Hotel Information
The three main away meets we attend are the PCS Christmas Cracker Meet in early December in Victoria, the PCS Wavemaker Meet in late April in Victoria, and the TRU Wolfpack Invitational Meet in Kamloops in early June. These are big meets and accommodation near the pools can be hard to find, so you should book as early as you can. If the club has any kind of promo code or block bookings, we will post them here and you are free to call the hotel directly and request to book one of these rooms. Of course, you are also free to stay somewhere else.
PCS Wavemaker LC Meet, Victoria
Friday, April 19 to Sunday, April 21, 2024
Most families travel to Victoria on Thursday or Friday evening. Some families will leave after the morning session on Sunday, and some will stay for the finals session in the afternoon.

Other Lower Mainland Meets
For other multi-day meets that are not listed here, there are no “team” hotels. Some families choose to enter events on one day of the meet only and those that stay overnight make their own arrangements. When we ask people to sign up for meets, we will give them the option of sharing their travel plans with the other families attending the meet.

Thompson Rivers University Residence
The Residence is walking distance to the Canada Games Aquatic Centre. Most families travel to Kamloops on Thursday or Friday evening. Some families will leave after the morning session on Sunday, and some will stay for the finals session in the afternoon.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is 4 PM on the scheduled day of arrival and check-out time is 11 AM on the scheduled day of departure. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your arrival with no fee.
N.B. You will need to bring everything you might want to use in the kitchen. The rooms have a kitchen sink, microwave and fridge. There are common kitchens with ovens and cooktops, but there are no pots, pans, utensils, plates or cutlery, etc.
