Note about meet fees
Please note that once an athlete commits to a meet, the meet fees become due and payable to the club and can not be reversed and/or refunded unless:
The swimmer cancels prior to the meet entry deadline, or
If the meet is cancelled by the organizers or our participation in the meet is cancelled due to lack of interest, or
If there is a medical issue, and the athlete meets the hosting club's specific rules for a refund.
Date: Saturday, April 27, 2024
Warm-Up: 4:00-4:25 pm, Timed Finals: 4:30-7:00 pm
Eligibility: This meet is intended for swimmers who have not achieved their LMR qualifying times. LMR qualified swimmers may still enter but the results will be unofficial.
Format: Timed finals for all events.
Cost: $25 entry fee per swimmer plus a WSWSC Competition Fee of $30-$75 per swimmer (the more swimmers that attend, the lower the competition fee).

N.B. As a general rule, we need at least five swimmers to sign up for a meet in order for the club to attend, however this does not always apply to Championship meets (Divisionals, Provincials, etc.)
