Note about meet fees

Please note that once an athlete commits to a meet, the meet fees become due and payable to the club and can not be reversed and/or refunded unless:

  1. The swimmer cancels prior to the meet entry deadline, or

  2. If the meet is cancelled by the organizers or our participation in the meet is cancelled due to lack of interest, or

  3. If there is a medical issue, and the athlete meets the hosting club's specific rules for a refund.

Meet Fees: **** Be sure to include coaching fees as well as meet entry fees.

*The total per swimmer will likely fall in the range of $65-$100 per day. Refer to the meet package or talk to the Head Coach if you have questions.

Swim BC Fee competitive upgrade: If you have not already paid the competitive Swim BC fee and your swimmer has already competed in one sanctioned meet this season, you will be billed for the difference before your swimmer can be entered into the meet.
